Q. What is the thickness of your mirrors?
All our shaped mirrors are 5mm thick and the square mirrors are 4mm thick.
Q. What is the thickness of your Tables?
Our table tops come in the option of 10mm or 12mm Toughened glass for extra strength and safety.
Q. How wide are the bevels on your mirrors?
Our standard bevel is 25mm wide but can be made bigger on request.

Q. How do I hang your mirrors?
All our frameless mirrors come with concealed mirror brackets with magnets so if you ever move you can take your mirrors with you. There will be no breakage when you move the mirror.
Q. Do you manufacture products that aren’t on your website?
Yes. We can manufacture specific designs and sandblast custom logos to your specification.
Q. How do I pay for my order?
You can pay via our online credit card facility or do an EFT straight into our bank account.
Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
There is a lead time of 10 working days for manufacture. If the delivery address is not in Cape Town, please allow a further 3 working days.
Q. What is the best way to clean my mirrors and glass furniture?
We recommend using our glass cleaner, as it is the best product on the market and will not leave streaks or oily residue. You can buy it right here on our website. Please find it under Products - Specials - Mirror Accessories.
Q. Is my credit card information safe on this site?
YES! Prima Designs uses Paygate to facilitate credit card payments and does not store any credit card information whatsoever. Your credit card information is protected with a secure SSL Certificate that encrypts all of your transactions through our site with industry-standard secure sockets layer (SSL) technology.

Q. Do you deliver throughout South Africa?
We can deliver throughout South Africa. We need to quote extra on packaging and crating due to the fragileness of the product.
Standard Terms & Conditions of Prima Glass
- Prices quoted are valid for 30 days from date of quotation.
- Prices are on a supply-only basis with additional charge for delivery.
- We have a no-returns policy. Responsibility is with the customer receiving the glass to check the size, quality and quantity of the glass.
- Payment terms are full payment upon acceptance of quote or 30 days from statement for authorised accounts.
- Whilst every effort is made by our staff to supply complete and accurate information on quotation in respect of all specifications, illustrations, drawings, diagrams, dimensions and other technical data the onus is on the customer to confirm that our quotation reflects the interpretation and total requirements of the contract.
- Lead times vary upon different processing requests.
- A tolerance of 2mm for straight glass and 3mm for shaped glass is acceptable as per Glass Standard Regulations. On-size glass can be requested upon quotation at an additional fee.
- Prima Glass will not be held responsible for any errors arising from incorrect sizes, paint colours or information given from the customer. All information is to be confirmed via e-mail or in writing.

- Hole size must be equal or bigger than the thickness of glass
- Hole distance from the edge must be 2 ½ x the thickness
- All holes must be countersunk
- Toughening stamp must appear on the glass by law
- Safety Glass Regulations
- 6.38mm PVB – Max Size per panel must be less than 2.6m2
- 8.38mm PVB – Max Size per panel must be less than 7m2
- Prima Glass will not be held responsible for any damages regarding to the incorrect ordering of glass due to non disclosure of where and what the glass will be used for.
- Ownership of all goods supplied or installed shall remain vested in Prima Glass until such time as the full purchase price for such goods, together with interest, which may be due in respect thereof, shall be paid in full to Prima Glass. Should the purchaser fail to pay for any goods on the due date for payment, Prima Glass shall be entitled forthwith and without notice to the purchaser, and without prejudice to any of the Prima Glass other rights, to retake possession of all goods delivered or installed by Prima Glass to the purchaser which are not yet paid for and to cancel the sale.
